LG/Samsung/HTC WP7 Phones Won’t Be Upgradable To WP8 : Eldar Murtazin

Mobile Insider Eldar Murtazin has tweeted that he got confirmation from LG/Samsung/HTC that their WP7 phones won’t be upgradable to the upcoming edition of the OS, the Windows Phone 8 ‘Apollo’. He went further, and said that Microsoft will stop marketing all the current WP7 phones once WP8 is released. According to him, Microsoft will bet all their money on WP8, for it’s promotional work.

Two new screen patents coming straight from the top!

Looks like Microsoft and Apple are trying to innovate the way we use our phones once again. Coming straight from the United States Patent & Trademark Office, in the left corner we have Apple! Weighing in at $106.76 billion, it is bringing us a screen that will KO fingerprints on your iPhone. And in the right corner we have Microsoft! Weighing in at $108.7 billion, wanting to gives us the slide back in our phones by CRUSHING the size of phones, hiding the keyboard right under the screen.
